U wanna remove my subscription today and back my money

I subscribed for a free trial of the program, but yesterday the subscription fee was deducted from my friend's card. I want to subscribe and get the deducted amount back.

    Hi intelligent_Zephyrc05a,

    Thank you for reaching out.

We checked your account and can see that the trial period has ended and the subscription has converted to a paid plan. You are still within the 14-day full-refund window.

You can refer to the resources below for guidance on cancelling your subscription and reviewing the applicable cancellation terms:

We hope this helps clarify the next steps.

@intelligent_Zephyrc05a When you start an Adobe free trial, you are usually asked to provide a payment method, such as a credit card. In your case, it appears your friend's card was used when the trial was activated.

Most Adobe individual plan trials last 7 days. During the trial period, you can cancel at any time through your Adobe account to avoid being charged. If the trial is not canceled before it ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and the card on file is charged. This is why your friend's card was billed.

As a best practice, I recommend canceling at least 1-2 days before the trial end date to avoid any issues related to billing timing or time zone differences.

If you would like to continue using the subscription with your own payment method, you can sign in to your Adobe account and update your billing information. For billing and refund requests, you should post in the Account, Payment, Plan forum, https://community.adobe.com/account-payment-plan-4 directly, as they will monitor the comments there and refund eligibility depends on Adobe's subscription and refund policies. https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html

If the free trial was originally started through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subscription management and cancellation must be done through your device's subscription settings. In those cases, billing, cancellation, and refund decisions are handled by Apple or Google rather than Adobe. Because Adobe does not have access to Apple or Google account systems.
