If you’re still seeing charges after cancelling your Adobe subscription, it’s usually due to timing around your billing date, multiple active plans, or a cancellation that wasn’t fully confirmed. Checking your Adobe account details will help you identify and stop future charges quickly. The FAQs below explain possible reasons you might still see a charge from Adobe after cancelling your subscription. Q: How do I verify that my Adobe subscription cancellation was successful?A successful cancellation results in a confirmation email from Adobe and a "Cancelled" status visible in the Plans section of your Adobe account. Q: What should I do if I did not receive a cancellation confirmation email from Adobe? Check your spam folder first. If no confirmation exists, sign in to your Adobe account ,open Plans, and verify the plan status. If it’s still active, complete the cancellation again. Q: Can I be charged for a plan I cancelled if the billing date falls before the cancellation was processed

I have recently gone through a life hectic life change that altered my financial situation, in the haze of this situation I had forgotten to cancel my annual subscription, and was surprised by the charge today. I was wondering, since I canceled soon after the charge, if I could get it refunded as well as my subscription canceled.
Steps to reproduce:1. Sign in to Adobe Firefly (firefly.adobe.com) with my Adobe ID.2. Navigate to Generate image or Boards.3. Immediately see the "Not available in your region" error screen (screenshot attached), even though I am physically located in and connecting from the United States.Expected result: Access to Firefly, since I am currently a US-based user.Actual result: Full block with the region-unavailability message.Additional context: I contacted Adobe chat support first, and the virtualassistant indicated there was no active plan linked to my account andsuggested signing in with a different email if I had one — which suggeststhis may not be a simple region-detection bug, but possibly tied to myaccount's original country of registration (Russia), from before I relocatedto the US. I would like to request a review of my account and, if possible,an update to reflect my current country (United States), so I can accessFirefly and purchase a plan.

I started the 7-day Adobe Acrobat Pro trial, and my subscription is scheduled to renew tomorrow. I want to cancel the trial before it renews, but I'm unable to do so.When I sign in to my Adobe account, I see the following message:"We've received payment for your new plan. You'll be able to manage this plan shortly."Because of this:There is no "Manage Plan" or "Cancel Plan" option available. I have checked under Plans and Payment, but I still cannot cancel. I have also tried finding the Adobe support chat, but I'm unable to access it.I'm concerned that my subscription will be automatically charged tomorrow even though I'm trying to cancel within the trial period.Has anyone experienced this issue? Is there another way to cancel the trial before the renewal, or can an Adobe representative please assist me?
I try a 7 days trial on Adobe and it starts on 16 June and expire on 23 June on 22 June 2026 I was charged 11500 for annual payment subscription and I went and canceled it on 23 June 2026 I was charged 11500 again for annual payment subscription which make it two charges for annual subscription payment. I cancel it but today is 9 July 2026 I still not get my refund back of my cancelation
Since I replaced my PC in April this year Adobe has been taking £21.98 in addition to to my normal £14.99.I have spent over a month now trying to find some way of contacting customer service with no luck.can any help?
I have been charged twice for the exact same amount of $31.99 when subscribing for the first time to a monthly subscription cost. The duplicate transaction is the exact same date as when I subscribed and I would like an immediate refund of the double charge.
Hi Adobe Support,I'm hoping an Adobe representative can help me.I'm trying to cancel my subscriptions, but every time I click "Cancel plan", the website returns the message: "An error occurred. Please try again."I've already tried:Multiple browsers Refreshing the page Logging in againThe same error happens every time, so I am currently unable to cancel either of my subscriptions.I also noticed that I have an Adobe Stock subscription. My intention was only to subscribe to Premiere Pro, and I don't understand why I have a separate Adobe Stock plan. I would appreciate it if someone could review my account and explain how this subscription was added????????Could an Adobe representative please help me:Cancel my Premiere plan. Cancel my Adobe Stock plan. Investigate why the Adobe Stock subscription exists on my account. Confirm that I won't be charged while your website is preventing me from cancelling.Thank you.[Moved to Account, Payment, & Plan by a moderator]
I am paying for 2 subscriptions and I just have one.
I have been charged £38.39 for the last 3 months using my card details in addition to my regular subscription. My account confirms that I have no other subscription. The reference on the payment is 26051913482249949. My bank says speak to Adobe. How do I contact them about this?

I am trying to redeem the 12-month free Adobe subscription through the Airtel offer. My Adobe ID was originally created while I was on a short trip to London, so it appears that my account region was set to the UK. I have since returned to India, and I am an Indian resident. When I try to claim the Airtel offer using this Adobe ID, I receive the following error:"This code is from a country or region that does not match your Adobe ID."Has anyone faced this issue before? Is there a way to change my Adobe ID's country/region or otherwise resolve this so I can redeem the Airtel offer? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
I cannot find a place to UNSUBSCRIBE and remove my card data. I am on a 14 day trial.I did not want to join. You gave away nothing for free. You TOOK MY document of my poem with your picture. You would not give me a picture OR FB post EVEN WHEN you strongarmed from me my checking account card.I am angry, and I plan to expose Adobe Express for the fraud that it is. Nothing is free. AI says it's free. Not even when you have MY CARD NUMBER is anything free. Please cancel me now. I will call BBB if you don't.Linda Marie Bicksler (Sassyscholar7)creativeawakenings7@gmail.com
Dear Adobe employee, I would like to ask about my refund progress, it's been 4 days now and the refund money haven't give back tome after I paid Acrobat pro, RM143.64 and cancel it on that same day I paid it. I thought it suppose to be fast refund because its within 14 days. Originally, my Acrobat pro trial was expired. When is the date refund money?
I tried to forward one document with photo and poem (text) to Facebook, sized for Facebook. It would only let me transfer an unpictured, unsuccessful link. I tried them to make a photo of my own document -- the one (but for your photo) I just created. It took me to an Adobe Express gallery where nothing was shareable to anyone. After many tries taking up hours, I understood I must SUBSCRIBE for the free trial -- give you my card info. I did so. Having done that, I tried to place a photo of the document on my phone photo gallery. It demanded I change my settings to give full access to my camera (ALL MY PICTURES), location, in addition to the Photos and Videos and Phone setting I already activated. NOW it would work, I thought. You had access to my money, my creativity, my waning trust -- AND my Facebook info as well as my email. So it "worked." It sent the SAME DRY LINK as before -- no post with picture and no poem. I am now trying to unsubscribe, since your idea of FREE is to give me NA
