The month is new. My credits should have reset. Instead I see “Unable to load section. Retry” where my points should be. In photoshop, I see, “IMS Token Invalid of Expired. Please restart Photoshop to refresh your session.” And yes, I’ve restarted many times.I can see Photoshop made what I asked it too, but I cannot view it or open it. So I know I do have enough credits, as it made the image. I have cleared my cache in Creative Cloud & Photoshop CC. Everything is updated. I have signed out & signed back in several times. Help?
In 2020 I purchase a copy of Acrobat Standard 2020 & installed it on my new Laptop. I believe that I registered it at the time.I have now reset my Laptop & have installed from the original files provided. Using the Serial No also provided at the time. When I try to register it again, I keep getting asked to login to Adobe website to continue, which I do & have updated my password. However I keep getting asked to login to the website to continue.I have looked & found that the website is notshowing my Purchase copy, so I reckon that is preventing me from deactivating & reactivating. Please help.
I had cancelled before the trial ended, the trial ended and I got charged regardless - my subscription was converted to a a paid subscription.I noticed the credit card charge today. As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.Any customer support channels are unclear to me - no tab, Adobe clearly does not want anyone to ask for refund, and has made the cancellation process sneakily convoluted.Could you please assist with this request? Either processing my refund or directing my message to the appropriate customer support channelsl.
I signed up for a 7-day free trial on August 8, 2026. After using it, I went into my account and cancelled. The signup had created two separate subscriptions, but the cancellation flow surfaced one, and cancelling it appeared to end everything. The second subscription stayed active, converted to a paid annual commitment when the trial ended, and I was charged $21.64 on August 30th on a card that I did not provide in the free trial invoice. Cancelling that second plan now triggers an early termination fee of $109.95.The account records should show this clearly: my original signup invoice lists two subscriptions, and only one is currently active. I'd ask a community manager to check the backend for the cancellation date on the plan I ended. It should be August 8, the same day I signed up.The points I'd ask someone to weigh:I acted within hours of starting the trial. This is not a case of forgetting to cancel before a renewal. The cancellation flow did not indicate that a second commitment
Hello, I need to change my billing adress – specifically, I mean the street and house number. My invoice currently shows a completely different address, and I need it to match my actual address for billing purposes. I've seen a lot of guides that people post in this community chat, but none of the links offer the option to actually change the necessary details on the invoice. What can I do? Many thanks, Ondrej
Hope Biosciences Research Foundation (HBRF) is a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has historically received Adobe nonprofit pricing through TechSoup. Following Adobe’s transition to Goodstack for verification, we were surprised to learn that we are no longer eligible.Goodstack has fully verified our nonprofit status and my association with the organization. The denial is not a verification issue. After escalating our case to Goodstack Senior Support, they determined that our correct primary classification is “Medical Research.” We do not dispute that classification. The concern is what Goodstack told us next:Goodstack stated that organizations classified as Medical Research are ineligible because “organizations within the broader Health & Medicine category are currently not eligible for Adobe’s nonprofit program.” They further clarified that these are eligibility policies established by Adobe that Goodstack is required to follow. However, I have reviewed Adobe’s published n
Adobe needs to contact me right now <Removed by Moderator>, charged me twice through the past months after I canceled!!! Where’s my $42?!? Need a refund right now and can’t get ahold of anyone.. also need my account permanently canceled in every way.
LGAlexandra

Dear Adobe Support Team, I am writing to request a full refund for a recent subscription renewal charged to my card. I have not used this account or any associated services since completing my studies in 2024. Additionally, I no longer have access to the original email address tied to the account where renewal notifications were sent. Because this request falls within Adobe’s 14-day cancellation and refund window, I would appreciate your assistance in processing a full refund and cancelling the subscription immediately.
왜 8월부터 47,300원인가요;;; 원래 20,900원짜리 플랜인데 말이죠;; 답변 부탁드립니다.
The subscription payment page isn't opening.
I had two Adobe accounts. One is a full CC paid account that I use every day, the other was an older free account that I never used and was basically obsolete.I wanted to change the email address on the the active paid account to the address that was associated with the older free account. In order to do that, I needed to free up that email by cancelling the older account, which I did, about a week ago. However, the active account still won’t let me change the email address to the now freed up email. I get a message saying “An error occurred” when I try to change the address in the account management page.So my question is: (1) does it take some time for the other email address to be freed up, like say, a month, or (2) simply, what is going on?Thanks. Patrick
Adobe keeps randomly resetting my password because it thinks I’m using two computers at once. This invariably happens on the weekend when I’m not even working. First, Adobe’s overly aggressive AI is wrong, and it’s super annoying as a customer that has been paying Adobe for 20 years. That is not how you build customer loyalty, as if Adobe cares about that. Today however their was a system wide issue with password reset emails not being sent out, so I spent my Monday morning doing absolutely nothing except complain about Adobe on Reddit. Adobe needs to stop this. Seriously. It is absolutely inexcusable to be so overly aggressive, treat your clients like pirates, and then not let them have access to their accounts again. Boo hiss. This is a rant, and yes, I’m super annoyed and angry with Adobe right now. I would use another company if Adobe wasn’t a monopoly. For the love of God, please Adobe, stop treating your paying customers like this. It’s worse than Comcast, the most hated company
Hello, I have this Adobe subscription with both Photoshop and Lightroom in 1 package. I would love to have Photoshop for another full year.Kind regards :)(ps: all these different Adobe websites, different apps, pages etc. are VERY confusing to me. Please help me out haha)
I'm having an absolute nightmare with Adobe customer service. They've been billing me for 2x CC subscriptions for months, and they can't figure out why.Everytime I speak to someone on the phone, or via email, their English just isn't good enough to understand.I'm no nutter, and have been really polite (that's probably the problem), but now I'm starting to lose my rag.does anyone have a UK phone number please?
I want a refund
I accidentally got billed for Adobe Acrobat after a free trial, I would like to request a refund as I don’t need it.
