Hi, I'm frustrated and quite pissed off.  You might want to grab a coffee, cuz you havent listened prior to this so I feel a need to spell things out so as to ensure we become aligned. I downloaded a creative cloud trial because my client (friend of a friend thing, ugh) wanted me to help them export their films audio and was "Using" a newer version of Adobe (I own an older Creative Suite From my time in film school).  Ultimately, the client was having issues getting the files needed to us and wanted us/"me" to do their films audio export for them.  I don't do that, I work with a locked pictures sound files, and that is actually typed on the "client required", "deliverables portion"  of the contracts they agree too.  I'm a sound designer, 1st AD and an instructor at a Film School.  I use Pro Tool or Logic to import AAF / BWF Files.  Or both if; its from Premiere and I want to work with it in Logic.  Thats a whole othe

My bank account was charged my subscription fee, but my adobe account believes it did not!Billing date is beginning of month (1st April for this instance), fee comes out beginning of each month. I want to amend my account because my subscription has jumped from £28.99 to £66.49.

However, I was surprised to see that I was still charged for a monthly subscription despite canceling on time.As soon as I received the notification on my card, I immediately canceled the plan again through the “Manage Plan” section. Escribo por aquí ya que el chat y los teléfonos no me han ayudado y no responden. Realice la cancelación de la prueba y ya me habían cobrado el último día. Solicité el reembolso pero aunque me dijeron que ya estaba efectuado, no es así. Hablé a mi banco y tuve que meter aclaración porque a ellos no les aparece nada acerca de esa devolución, esto ya tiene casi un mes y no veo el reembolso del mismo.

Hello - I have the basic 19.99$ plan per month (is about 21.59$ with tax). I have been getting charged not once or twice a month, but three times. I am only using one email. I get hit on the 5th, 12th, and 13th of each month and I have tried contacting Adobe help support.Has anyone had this issue before? Would it be best to cancel my subscription and repurchase at a later date? Thank you!

I have two account and I have canceled my plans on both of them [triple checked everything]. I have also paid a fee for canceling earlier but somehow Adobe still charges me money for a plan I don't even have access to anymore. I have tried to reach actual support but the AI bot says I need to have a plan in order to talk to an agent, which only confirms that my plans are canceled. I have blocked the payments with my bank operator because they are absolutely unauthorized and I want my credit card information removed permanently from Adobe.

Hola. El 21 de agosto se realizo un cargo en mi tarjeta por una suscripción que no cancele. Ese mismo día que se me hizo el cargo hable con un agente y me prometio un reembolso y cancelación de la suscripción. Lo unico que recibi fue un correo de Adobe demostrando que esta habia sido cancelada. Aclaro que mencionaron que el reembolso se haria en un plazo de 5-7 días hábiles, pero ya pasaron los 7 días y todavia nada sobre el reembolso. Me dicen que no hay plan asociado a mi cuenta (lo cual si es verdad, porque lo cancele) y no se me da un reembolso, pero ese ya había sido solicitado el mismo día en que se me cobro, solo que nunca me lo dieron. 

I cancelled my free trial ages ago on my computer and now adobe says i am in a annual plan that costs 200 dollars to cancel what has happened?

I need my refund as I was using the trial version and I wasn't satisfied and I cancelled my subscription immediately before trial period end and I was still charged 340rs for a months subscription.I would like my money to be refunded

Hola, Estoy teniendo un problema para cancelar mi suscripción de prueba. Me registré para probar el servicio, pero no me gustó y decidí cancelarlo antes de que terminara el periodo gratuito.
