Hi, I just need a good printer that has nice color. I print on Epson Ultra Premium Presentation Paper Matte, largest size would be 13"x19". I use the printed pieces for our small teacher graphics business. I cut out the graphic and take pictures of the pieces on a decorated bulletin board. Then pictures go on our website and business online store. I also print color photos and some b/w, just for personal and family use. I don't need a high end expensive printer. The Epson R2000 I previously had was expensive for my budget, and a total piece of junk. Every time you changed an ink cartridge it had to go back to the shop as it stopped printing any of the colors correctly. Thanks, Aimee

Greetings, My old 13" wide Epson printer died and I replaced it with an Epson Style Photo R2000. The R2000 spent more time in the repair shop than in my home. I finally trashed it after only 15 months of sometime use. And yes, I contacted Epson many times, to no avail. I would love to hear from anyone who has had good luck with a color printer in the 13" wide format size. Specifically brand and model number. I need a new printer soon. Thanks Aimee

Are you referring to the Help menu in Pro X? If so, I can't access it as the program will not open at all. Is there another way to deactivate it? Thanks!

I now understand Acrobat Pro X is not compatible with Windows 10 and thus the cause of my problems, so I purchased Acrobat Pro 2017. I will need to uninstall Pro X before installing Pro 2017, correct? If so, what is the best procedure to uninstall the program? Thanks!

Greetings, I have a new computer running Windows 10 and installed my Acrobat Pro X before I discovered it was not compatible with Windows 10. I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017, but before I begin the installation process, I have a few questions: 1) Should I uninstall the Pro X? 2) What is the best way to uninstall the Pro X program? 3) If I uninstall Pro X before installing the Pro 2017, will I still be able to edit all my PDF files saved with Pro X? Greetings, I am using a PC with Windows X. I have Adobe Acrobat Pro X and would like all PDF files to automatically open in Acrobat Pro X. I have followed the steps to choose where to have the PDF files open, but Acrobat Pro X is not one of the available choices. I believe there is somewhere I need to go in my computer to tick a box to add that as an available choice, but I don't know where that might be. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Jen

Hi, I have Adobe Creative Suite 6 and my Acrobat Pro X is malfunctioning. I think I need to uninstall the entire suite and reinstall it. I do have the original CD. What is the best method to do this? Advice on how to proceed would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Hi all, I have an "+" that appears in the left side of my graphic after a text box has been inserted. It happens when I click inside the text box to set up the text that needs to be used by my customers. I can change fonts, size, color, do alignment, etc. It's when I exit the mysterious "+" appears. I have tried everything to remove it, to no avail. I am working in Windows 7 on a PC. Attached is a screen shot of the problem. It appears in the graphic toward the bottom of the solid blue/yellow element, right above the sentence that starts: "Next, in the Alignment tab, click Align Center...." It's a white + in a black looking square. It will also print on the graphic. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

When I combine my files into one PDF document in Acrobat Pro X, and I try to add text editing where needed, the program frequently crashes. I am using Windows Pro 7. It seems to happen most frequently on my larger documents of 150 pages or more. Is there a "fix" for this? Thanks
