Hi everybody :                    Currently I have Photoshop Elements 12.   I'm having a problem with the Brush Tool.  Every once in a while, the brush will change to a crosshair.   So I can't see the change in size of the brush.  I then click on RESET TOOL or RESET ALL TOOLS.  And it doesn't seem to work.  So I do a RESTART of my computer.  Most of the time this works.  And the Brush Tool show the "round circle",  where I can see the size when I adjust the brush.   And then, a number of times this  "circle" will, again, change to the crosshair.   I'm not sure what's causing this.  My System is Windows 7 Pro 32-bit ,  NVidia GForce 210,  3Gb RAM, Gary Stanullwich ...
