I have searched high and low - and there does not seem to be an official fix or workaround for a proper workflow for Premiere Pro to properly handle an iphone edit, COLOR MANAGEMENT wise.    Iphone 14 pro using HDR settings, have changed / tweaked every setting known to man, tried HDR LUT conversions, HLG export settings, and changing / rechanging every color management toggle and setting known to man. And after about 10 hours of trying, I have given up.    IF I wasnt shooting human beings, perhaps I could edit / shoot around this. But skin tones look like I am filming with a iphone 1. Overblown, or too dark, and never ever even close.    Is this truly a lost cause? The entire basis of non linear editing - and Ive been editing since the year 2000 - is completely washed down the drain with this "featrure"? "bug"? What??   I imported a sequence from a temporary project I created into a the new / permanent project. But when I go to delete the media insice of the prject window, all of the media in the sequence also disapears.    I thought this was non-destructive / non linear editing?   Source media never changed. Same place on hard drive.    EVEN if I re-import the SAME. EXACT. FOOTAGE. into my project bin, and offlibe the clips, and re-link.....it STILL gives us an error dialogue - "the selection you are deleting contains clip references in one or more sequences. If you continue these clip references will also be deleted. Do you want to continue?   WTF??   Why are clips in my sequence being deleted????? Again, even if I offline them and relink......it still wants to delete. This is MAJOR MAJOR issue for Adobe. And can cause MAJOR issues with my project. I am transcoding HEVC 10 bit 4:2:2 files  (shot on SONY FX3)   to ProRes 422HQ in Media Encoder.    I did a side by side comparison of the Lumetri Scopes of the before and after, and the scopes are somewhat different. There seems to be some difference / banding in the ProRes file.    Also, the values have changed. I have attached the screenshots of the scopes, camera file and prores file.    Any thoughts? Hello. I tried searching for this but couldnt find. I cannot open or close any Project: bins in the Editing workspace. When I switch to Color workspace, or some others, the bins do in fact twirl open, but i want to remain in Edit workspace. This gets really tough because I do twirl open and close bins all the time.
