Hey Neil, I’ve been using latest 2019 PremPro on my Win10-64bit dual Xeon nvidia quadro m4000 system, and now when I want to Queue any media up to the Media Encoder, it will load the AME, but wont insert the link inside the AME user interface... then when I go back to PP, my sequence is frozen on last video frame where playbar was... then when I try to exit program, it goes to “not responding”... the only way I can get out of it is to go to Task Manager” and end task, then restart PP.... very frustrating.... any thoughts?  Thanks, Steve ... This just started happening to me today... it won't load up after the setup (in the startup window) hits the AEXD.aex file... it just crashes with the crash report window popping up...
