I am afraid not. There was even a representative from Adobe who contacted me about more information, but he never replied after that. So frustrating!

Nothing else has had an issue with High Sierra, so I don't see why it would be a particular problem for InDesign. Is it not more likely that there is a bug in InDesign that Adobe has not fixed yet?

That is identical to what I have done already. So I am not sure what else to do.

Mac OS High Sierra. I did try fixing all permissions for all versions of InDesign, although they were all Read&Write from the get go.

Tried using Adobe Cleaner which wiped all my CC programs, then installing CC2017 instead. Still the same message. This is only happening with InDesign, so it must be something with the software itself, or?

I have tried just about anything I can think of to solve the error: "Unable to launch Adobe InDesign as you do not have sufficient permissions to access the preferences folders. Ensure that you have appropriate permissions and then restart Adobe InDesign." I downloaded the patch from October. Checked all the security settings, ensuring everything is read&write. Tried safe mode. Restarted countless times. So, is there a new patch or something for the latest InDesign that I have missed, or what should I do?
