Yes, the latest version is 2024.005 and should work on M4 (works on my M1 & M3). Can you try updating via Creative Cloud app? (Adobe should update the system requirements, it stops at M2: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/system-requirements.html ) ... View more
