Hi Kevin, I've been through three separate support calls with three separate technicians trying to fix this issue. Amongst the things they have tried: Installing the Windows Basic Driver on my 1080ti (didn't do anything) Booting my computer into safe mode to launch it, seeing it launch, and deeming the problem "solved" and that it was my OS that was the problem Uninstalling my plugins and fixing permissions on an unnamed folder. This got it to successfully launch. Support chat ended and then the problem immediately returned (not able to get past the splash screen). These problems have persisted through three different sets of GPU Drivers, October 2018, July 2019, and Windows Basic. At one point I disabled CUDA and was able to get the splash screen to begin loading, but then it would always freeze on the same thing, REDImporter.prm (or something like that) The only workaround I have found is starting Premiere in Windows 8 compatibility mode, which causes it to kick up some errors, but then, ultimately start. I don't shut Premiere down now for fear I won't be able to get it to start again. Anyway, is there any solution forthcoming? Because having a support tech tinker with my drivers, is most definitely, not it.
