I rely on third party applications to sort photos by "capture date" Previously this data was exported as "Created:" but this has data point has aparently changed to be the date of export? This is inconsistent with historical functionality. Attached are two screen captures of Get Info from the EXACT same image exported from Lightroom Classic prior to upgrading to v13 and Sonoma and after. Notice the difference.

AI Denoise suddenly stopped working: "Denoise is currently not compatible with this photo format" This error hapens with .NEF photos from a Nikon D7100 and .DNG photos from a Mavic Mini Pro 3. This function WORKED on these file types prior to updating my Mac OS. I'm having the same issue. Admittedly, I'm an "on-again/off-again" app user because of this issue. My current phone takes pictures comporable to a 10 year old DSLR wihth a kit lens, and I frequently take advantage of the feature that allows you to shoot photos in dng right from the phone. But those photos stay on the phone in upload purgatory. I've tried logging out and logging in (suggested above) and sometimes it works well enough to free up one photo. I just speed tested my connection and I'm getting 9.8mbs down and 8.88mbs up so I know it's not this connection.

I need help re-syncing (???) my synced mobile images in LR CC. I purchsed an new iMac and successfully moved and re-linked the photos and main catalog to an external drive. Everything works perfectly except for synced photos. I moved the 'Mobile Downloads.lrdata' to the external drive as well thinking that I could "point" to it the same way to can with any other catalog file. Can I? Changing the file location in LR preferences for "Lightroom's Synced images:" didn't fix it - nothing but grey squares still. Each photo is trying to resolve to a specific file inside the .lrdata (e.g. Previous location: /Users/bryce_hanna/Pictures/Lightroom/Mobile Downloads.lrdata/a097d81493a62e573a83d6634bc78b9458d19ae0ddda13aeb3f3e78588ae4541/APC_2375.dng) I realize NOW that what I should have done was to first move the Synced Photographs into normal folders. Too late; everything is moved to a new machine and new hard drive. All 57gb of the Mobile Downloads.lrdata still exists - how do I access that data? I have many good images taken with the LR mobile app that I'd like to preserve. Is there a way to resolve this?

Jao is correct. This is a flaw. If every photo on one's camera roll was a 'serious' photo then the idea of every photo being available everywhere would be fine. Many people, myself included, use their camera roll as a catch-all for all manner of media (e.g. photos I take for work that don't need to be synced to my personal LR cloud, memes, all manner of stuff I only wish to share on social media and not have in my LR cloud). Automatically grabbing EVERYTHING from a mobile devices photo storage is a miscalculation by Adobe.
