I tested it by going back to the medium (default) setting and back to none as well as rebooted the computer in each state. This setting does make the problem come and go. Finally, some progress. I am having the exactly the same issues as tomaszbrzoz. PS CC 2015 is only marginally usable. This inexcusable for high-end software. All other software is running normally. System is Windows 7 x64, 32 GB RAM, I7, a combo of 512 GB Samsung SSD and 4 TB hard drive, current with all MS updates. I have tried the suggested solutions offered on this forum with no improvements. System using Symantec's NIS and Malwarebytes--both current. System is using Nvidia's Quadro 2000D for video. FYI: On windows 7 systems (unlike other Windows systems), the Hosts file has all entries commented out including the 127.0.0.1 localhost. MS has a note that says "localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself". Now if there is problem with the DNS, what then? ... View more
