Yesterday i purchased these two products online, after i used the test version of both of them. After the purchase there was an update which was downloaded. After it said that the test version is still run out, and i could only work with limited options. So i deinstalled both and downloaded again. After installation it says inside the creative cloud background program on the mac that the test version ist still run out of time and that i need to activate. My account in the creative cloud is signed in, the one i bought both programs with, yesterday. When i start lightroom it wants me to activate and enter a serial number, but i didn't receive any. Shouldn't it work after i signed in to my cloud account? Or does it sometimes take a few days until it works?
