Tried multiple times to download successfully Adobe Acrobat Professional 11 software, and although it indicated successful download, whenever I try to use it, I get "Error 16, call Adobe technical support!" I already tried uninstalling all Adobe program files, rebooted and redownloaded... same results, 3 times.
