Hi, Yes I got the same error when using the Acrobat window to convert a single file, but it is working fine when I do it from the Office file through the acrobat ribbon.

Hi, I am facing an issue when trying to convert MS office files to PDF from the Acrobat DC screen, I usually run the acrobat and then select create PDF from Multiple files and select the documents. The following error occurs once I start the conversion. Please note it is working fine with other files types such as JPEG. I am using Windows 7 32-Bit, Office 2010, IE 11 I tried to reinstall the Acrobat and the Office and it did not work.
