An unexpected error occured. PDF Maker was unable to produce the Adobe PDF

Hi,

I am facing an issue when trying to convert MS office files to PDF from the Acrobat DC screen, I usually run the acrobat and then select create PDF from Multiple files and select the documents.

The following error occurs once I start the conversion.

Please note it is working  fine with other files types such as JPEG.

I am using Windows 7 32-Bit, Office 2010, IE 11

I tried to reinstall the Acrobat and the Office and it did not work.

Hi h64230804 ,

Do you get this error when you try to create a single file from MS office files you trying to convert ?

Try converting the MS office files from the Acrobat ribbon which you get when you open an Office file (eg: doc, docx, .xls).

Let us know what result you get .

Hi,

Yes I got the same error when using the Acrobat window to convert a single file, but it is working fine when I do it from the Office file through the acrobat ribbon.
