Hi This is a screen shot of the dialog box when i attempt to import files into Lightroom from my camera. Sorry it took me some time to figure out how to do that, so I hope you can give me a bit of guidance now. Thanks for your patience!

I have had to add an external hard drive to my Mac as the internal drive is close to full. However when I set up Lightroom to direct imports to the external drive it still insists on trying to save on the internal drive. I have clearly set the Destination button on the top right of the import window, so I'm now stumped as to what to do to correct this problem. Any ideas?

im trying to direct my imports to my external hard drive as the internal drive is nearly full. However in spite of setting the direction folder in the main window to my external drive, Lightroom is still trying to import to the internal drive. Is there something else I need to do to sort this out! Running out of space and patience!

I have nearly run out of space on the computer internal hard drive and have bought a new external drive to store photos to process with Lightroom. However i need to find how too get Lightroom to direct imported photos from my camera or memory cards into the external drive as it is still trying to send them to the internal disc. Any ideas?

Have just upgraded to V6 and still getting the same problem, even though it should be able to handle RAW images from my Canon 5D Mk4. Can seem to see how DNG converter can help as I can't access the files from the camera.

I have just installed Lightroom 6 and find I cannot download images from my Canon5DMark4 and get an error message that this RAW format is not supported. Do I need an upgrade, and how do I get that?
