Hi there Thank you for your response, but I am struggling a lot still and I tried your instructions but they do not extract the same colour, I am trying to achieve the below (example) where the lip shape is the same in each picture but the exact colour from a photo taken is maintained- how do i do this??? Hi there, thank you for responding, yes  I was in expert mode but have realised the difference between elements and cs6 - in reality it was cs6 that I should have purchased but that is no longer available- its now cc In regards to guided edits, what I wanted was to extract colour from a part of a picture - say the lip colour in one picture and paste that exact colour into another picture where the lips are a different shape- so keeping the exact colour quality but replicating it into anoher picture. How do I do that???I have tried it with that dropper tool and it doesn't extract the colour like for like- it extracts what it thinks is a similar colour and I cannot find that colour match option in guided edits, how do I achieve this???
