I can request the file since my colleague wrote it. But this copy/paste problem occured so many times and I want to find a solution for that. I download a lot of reports from the internet that have the same issue. A side note: I tried converting it to docx using acrobat, opening it with office 2019, used foxit, used iLovePdf. None of them worked. I also don't understand why I can copy the text without any problem if I copy the text while in editing mode. What is the difference in fonts between normal view mode and editing mode?

I have a pdf file in arabic language and when I copy text or numbers and paste it in any application the result is different. For example I copied the number 250000 but when pasting it I get this "088888" . Now if I edit the pdf file and copy the same number I get the right results. I don't understand the logic behind that. This happens to a lot of my files and it is very time consuming to copy text and number this way. Hope someone can figure out the reason behind that and a possible solution. Hello everyone I created a pdf file by converting an image to pdf and run OCR with searchable and editable text. Now when I want to edit the text, mostly translate the file from english to german I get writing direction problems. Now I know there is an option to add the Change Writing Direction but the problem is that it disappears on some text regardless of the language either english or german. I choose the direction by right click on the text and choose from the drop down menu. I don't know if there is another way to change the direction. Some notes that might clarify my problem: Writing Graduated (2021) gets wrongly written as )Graduated (2021 and trying to write the closed brackets at the end will just add another closed brackets before the letter G. In MS Office Word changing the text direction to Left-to-Right will solve this problem. I am using Windows 10 (64bit) Region Language is set to English (USA) Enabled Language for Non-Unicode programs and choose Arabic Adobe Version: Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (32bit) version 2021.001.20150 The settings are:

Hello everyone I want the tools "Fit to windows width and enable scrolling" + "Fit one full page to window" + "Read mode" side by side rather than having all three as a drop down selection menu. In the picture below you can see that they are all in one selection menu. If I undock the "Page controls" I get the following And this is exactly what I want and what I am used to in previous version. I was always able to do that but with the current version "2019.008.20080" I couldn't.

Thank you for your answer, but this is not the result I was hoping for. Your solution keeps the "gray" color. Green ---> light gray, Red --> darker gray ..... I want that every color becomes true black. I have a black/white laser printer and printing a colored document in grayscale makes the document very hard to read. In a docx. file I can simply press ctrl+A and transform every color to black. In a .pdf file this is not that easy.

Hello Is it possible to convert every color (except white) to black so the printed document would be easier to read. I searched a lot but every solution was converting color to grayscale. I know how to convert or print to grayscale but I don't want grey color. They grey color (or any shade) is difficult to read ( in my opinion ). I would be happy if you could provide me with a solution or a workaround.

Yes that is true but there is a workaround You need 7+ TaskbarViewer this is how I have done it 1- in Windows open Taskbar Settings - and choose Combine Taskbar Buttoms ---Never ( this will also solve the problem and abobe acrobat opens the last viewed tab maximized but the labels are very big and the taskbar can only show 4-5 labels ) 2- open 7+TaskbarViewer from system tray- click on Taskbar Inspector - right click the programm you want ( not the the program symbol, click on the code above it ) 3- choose show labels - and click on never 4- leave the others as they are now you have to repeat step 2-4 for every program with big taskbar labels.

Yes you are right. Even I didn't manage to create unsearchable document using Nitro Pro, I managed to create one using Latex. That is right. You can select it but when you try to paste the selected text, you get only points or squares. This is exactly what I want to achieve. I want to make the document difficult to edit. Also I want to avoid PDF password through security because there are many pages that can easily bypass the security of Adobe. By the way did the creator of the above PDF document decided to make the document unsearchable or was it just an error occurred during the export?

Hello everyone I want to create a PDF document that is unsearchable. I know that you can make it searchable with OCR software but still I want to create such a file. I know how to create unsearchable PDF document by converting it into images but I want that the text can be marked and selected (visually) and when you paste it, you get only square symbols, points, or some other weird things. And yes you can still make such files searchable. Yes I think you are right. When I put the mouse pointer over the Adobe Acrobat symbol I can see all the documents that are open. So I thought they are multiple windows. Here is a screenshot as you can see at the bottom of the image. It looks like there are 2 windows open. When i click on the symbol the program doesn't open ( the window does't maximize). Instead I get the thumbnail of each document that is currently open and have to click on one of them to get the software window maximized. I want that Adobe Acrobat behave like Google Chrome or Firefox where I just have to click on the symbol and the software window opens and then I can choose the desired tab. Thank you for your help

Thank you for your answer but restarting didn't solve the problem. And I don't want to update because I'm afraid, that I will loose the "open documents in tabs" ability. A few days ago I read in some Forums, that this feature is not available in every version. Maybe you can suggest me a version that has this feature. So I can make the update.

Hello I have the version 15.010.20056.36345 and chose "open documents as new tabs in the same window" so I can easily switch between multiple documents. But the problem is that it also opens multiple windows. When I go to "Taskbar Settings" and choose to never combine taskbar buttons the problem is almost solved. But when I put the mouse pointer on the single window it still shows me a preview of all available documents. Like this but choosing "never combine taskbar buttons" is not a real solutions since it does't look good. I want to have all taskbar items combined. So I only want that multiple tabs show in one window. Hope you have a solution for this thank you
