I have a existing iOS application developed in Animate CC using ActionScript3.0. I have to add Augmented Reality(AR) in that application. Can I add the AR component to it using some other technology like Unity?Is developing an application using multiple technologies supported in Animate CC? If yes, how do i accomplish it?

Hi,I understand that AS3 is going to be slower than c of course, BUT why 4 times slower. That seams like too much with a simple test like this where no object or string manipulation is happening, only function call and integer comparison, increment plus one modulo operator.I have a situation in Box2D where when you have a lot of complex dynamic objects with a lot of fixtures Box2D is calling one particular function like 7000, 10000 and even 20000 times. Hi,It seams that there is a "big" performance difference between AIR Win 32 bit and AIR Win 64 apps at least in this test.For Win 32 bit captive time is around 17 seconds and for Win 64 bit captive time is around 50 second. I have a problem with running FlexUnit test (and application in debug mode) on android device.All fine if I use run project -> export release build and manually send apk to device.But if I try to run FlexUnit test, the process gets stuck exactly on 57%. If there is no Adobe AIR on my device, Flash Builder tries to install AIR. If AIR is installed on a device, Builder tries to install test application.But in both cases process gets stuck on 57% without any error.I've tried to clean project, change workspace, restart my computer, install on different devices and emulators - no luck.Can you guys advise something?Some technical details:FlashBuilder 4.6Apache Flex 4.15.0AIR 24.0AIR on android device 24.0.0.180Android 6.0

In WebGL it's possible to have 2 Contexts drawing into the same Canvas, meaning that you can have a 2D library and a 3D library drawing into the same space without having to know about each other.I know there are ways to share a Context3D in AIR but it would be nice if the display libraries themselves didn't have to know that other display libraries were being used.

Im fairly new to this serversocket class but i wanted to develop a simple chat app where you can either HOST a room or a JOIN an existing one.I opened my router and did some port forwarding..made the scripts everything works OK no errors. (AIR 26.0 SDK)I click Test and ADL shows up with my app and click Host. (serversocket fires up on desired port (the one i forwarded in router) and everything works like a charm. Im able to connect to the hosted room over LAN or over the Internet.What is the problem? You may ask...Well the problem starts when you build your app and install it and the problem is that it only works in LAN (despite the fact it worked over the internet when it runned in ADL strange... huh?)I bet this is some invisible security future i dont know about how to terminate.Would be nice if someone could help me with this. I need to revise my .ipa in iTunes.  However, I got the warning about expired certificate (https://tracker.adobe.com/#/view/AIR-4198650)  so I updated to AIR 30.  Now, when using App Loader I get a different blocking error:ERROR ITMS-90034: "Missing or invalid signature. The bundle 'com-myapp-bundle-thing' at bundle path 'Payload/My App Name.app' is not signed using an Apple submission certificate."So, I double checked all my certificates and tried many more times.  If I roll back to AIR28 I avoid this error, but that just brought back ITMS-90722: "Certificate Expired".  I normally sign my app on Windows when I publish in FlashBuilder.  I did try to sign on my mac running Flash Builder but I got the same error.  In researching I saw some notes about how Apple wants you to sign on a Mac.  What's the best way to do that?  Please spoon feed me the instructions if you can.  Not sure if that's the solution--but I'm a week into this one (on t

I am creating an Adobe Native Extension (ANE) for use with iOS. The native code in the main .a library file used for the ANE depends on 3rd party frameworks which themselves depend on the definitions of JSON objects defined in several .json files. I can package the 3rd party frameworks with the ANE just fine - it's the .json files that I'm having difficulties with.I've tried packaging the .json files into the main .a library file, although I don't know if I did it the right way.Please help.

I'm building an ANE for NokiaHere maps for iOS. What they offer in their SDK is NMAKit.framework library which is a dynamic library. I wrote my own xCode project which implements all the stuff needed for ANE, I've built it as a static library (libHereMapsANEiOS.a). I integrated it with ANE project and I've successfully built the required .ane file. So far so goodI've made a test AIR mobile app in Intelli J, I use Flex SDK 4.6, and when I try to build .ipa and run it on the device I get the following error:I have xCode 8.0 installed.I suspect this has something to do with the fact that NMAKit.framework is a dynamic framework since I had similar issues when I was developing ANE for MapBox. I was successful to use it in an app when I switched to static .framework library, but unfortunately HereMaps don't have one available on their SDK download pages.
