Adobe Acrobat and Reader - October' 21 updates are Live!

 

We are happy to announce the latest release of Acrobat and Reader (Continuous & Classic Tracks) October' 21 is Live now!!

 

What's in the update?

  • The latest update of Acrobat & Reader contains:
    • New and Amazing Features.
    • Bug Fixes.
    • Performance & Stability Improvements.

 

Bug fixes

Annotations

  • Double click to open comment popup not working intermittently
  • Some commenting keyboard actions are not working
  • Set comment status options are missing for few file types
  • Comment checkmark action is non-functional for few file types

 

CEF Infra

  • Blank Save As/Send mail/Redaction dialogue shown after upgrade

 

Printing

  • “Document could not be printed” error observed when increased the page dimensions from Print Properties
  • Unable to printing using PDF passthrough driver

 

Send mail

  • PDF file attachment missing in draft mail created for the PDF from a network location

 

Viewer

  • The PDF preview is not visible on 32bit outlook

How to install Updates?

Install updates from the Help menu of Acrobat/ Reader DC. In the application, go to Help > Check for updates. Reboot the machine (If possible) once after updating the Adobe Acrobat/ Reader DC.
