When I first became an ACE Leader (and later an Innovator), it was like finally finding my people. For so long, I felt like the “crazy” one in my school — the one always pushing for creativity, student voice, and new ways of learning. Stepping into this community showed me I wasn’t crazy at all. I was part of a global family of educators who get it.

Those connections changed everything for me: they gave me courage, fresh ideas, and the reminder that none of us have to do this work alone. My hope is that each of you feel that same sense of belonging here. That spark of “yes, these are my people.” Because you are. And we’re better together. ❤️
