Embed UI Unresponsive Issue

Hi ​@Sravya Pasham , thanks for your message. At least now I have a person that I can reach out to which alleviates part of the frustration. It’s bad enough when you have you have clients that are using functionality that doesn’t work but is out of your control to fix but, that is made much worse when you don’t know if your appeals for help are even being seen.

Thank you for flagging these issues earlier and for taking the time to follow up. I'm glad to hear that both the text menu visibility and sidebar responsiveness concerns are now resolved. You are absolutely using the right forum to report these issues.

That said, we understand your concern regarding the delay in response—especially for something that impacted usability—and we sincerely appreciate your patience while we worked through prioritizations and resolution internally.

As we continue to streamline our processes, critical outages or high-impact bugs are escalated and tracked proactively on our end.

Hi Erin,

I think I was the one that notified the Express team regarding the font color and border options not being visible in the text menu as well as being one of the people with ​@Ru Howe, Stornaway.io that tried to raise the alarm about the side bar menus being unresponsive. Both issues, as of today, seem to have been resolved, which is good news.

Can you confirm this is the right forum to login these issues? I ask because we waited 9 days to get a response to an issue that made the embed unusable. Is there a way to log technical issues directly to the technical team that are responsible for Adobe Express Embed SDK?
