This release of Animate runs natively on the apple silicon chipsets and comes with a sleek user interface. It has important bug fixes, stability improvements and it is recommended for all users.

My animate CC on my windows machice is opening fine, The issue is only is - when i am opening the Action Pannel it is getting crashed!

and Here is my Windows Machine Configuration

Edition Windows 10 Enterprise
Version 22H2
Installed on ‎14-‎11-‎2022
OS build 19045.4170
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19054.1000.0

Do Adobe has any solution/hack for this Animate CC crashing issue ?

Let me add one finding here...

In case if i disable the sentinelone antivirus on my windows laptop, then this issue is not coming.
But i have to keep the sentinelone antivirus active,

So let me know, in case if any solution available which can help to stop Adobe Animate from crashing , even sentinelone antivirus is active!

set a custom keyboard shortcut

reset your preferences*

confirm custom shortcut was reset

if it was, retest actions panel

uninstall animate, including preferences, per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
restart your computer

reinstall animate

when i select a New file, the whole app shuts down and doesn't give me any notification of the error.

uninstall animate, including preferences, per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

restart your computer and then reinstall animate using the cc desktop app

The Animate Custom Platform SDK hasn't been updated in 4 years. Are custom platform extensions expected to work without modification in Animate 2024? My custom platform extension is not recognized as being installed by Animate 2024, while 2023 is using it without issue. Does the extension need to be recompiled for Apple silicon to work with Animate 2024?

Please, add Adobe Animate on IPad Pro. With Apple M1 or even 2 it can run it.

As always with every Animate update, all my jsfl Commands are gone. Every time I have to look for that Commands folder that has some special location (not like other Adobe apps, in Applications subfolders). This time I spend almost an hour trying to find it without any luck. ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/ has some empty "Animate HLAN 2024" folder that doesn't feel right. Could you point to new location of Commands folder?
