Premiere Rush Reaches End of Life on September 30, 2026

Hello everyone,

After seven years, Adobe Premiere Rush will officially reach end of life on September 30, 2026.

While Rush has not been available for download since September 30, 2025, existing users have continued to use the application on supported devices. Technical support will end on September 30, 2026, and the application may no longer function reliably as operating systems and devices continue to evolve.

Many of the ideas and learnings from Rush have helped shape the next generation of Adobe video editing tools, including Premiere on mobile and Premiere on desktop.

If you're still using Premiere Rush, we encourage you to begin planning your transition to Premiere. Free training resources are available to help you get started, and Premiere on mobile is available for both iPhone and Android.

As part of this transition, the Premiere Rush community is now read-only. You can still browse existing threads, but new topics and replies are turned off. For questions about Premiere on mobile, please visit the Premiere Mobile community.

On behalf of the Adobe team, thank you to everyone who used Premiere Rush, shared feedback, reported issues, requested features, and helped fellow community members over the years. Your contributions helped make Rush what it was and influenced the future of Adobe video applications.
