Same issue here.

Was using it fine for weeks, broken all this week with error message:

Loading enhanced track failed. Please try again.

Nothing fixes it, different browers, wave to MP3 etc

At least you got access.   I've been an Adobe software user for 25+ years and paid Creative Cloud subscriber since month 1, and I can't get access, yet have multiple friends who got access and aren't even Creative Cloud subscribers.

I modified my audio through audacity (cut out the silence at the beginning and normalize the audio) and now it is working for me. I don't know if the issue was coming from the IA, the silence at the beginning or the audio itself but it is working now 😉
