Adobe Podcast Enhance Speech A.I. is not working again, it gives the error "Failed to process file for enhancement"

Tried re-logging and different browsers & computers, no luck

Its not been working for me since 22nd June

Please can anyone help?

      It has not been working for the last 20 days. I have tried many ways to get it working. I don't understand, why Adobe is silent on this issue. I have tried all possible ways like clearing the cache, using different browsers, trying it on Android mobiles, using both wav and mp3 format, and trying on different accounts and nothing yielded.

        Same and sometimes if I try a different browser even hours later it says I need to wait for my previous file to finish. Both Firefox and Chrome.

          Mine is not working either. I put in an a mp3 file that 15 seconds long and it just loads forever, with not outcome. I left it for about 3 hours and still nothing
