Adobe Podcast Studio-- did I just lose everything?!

Hello,

I just recorded a podcast episode using Adobe Podcast studio with 2 speakers. After recording the file is completely silent, there is no transcript at all and I am unable to access anything I recorded. When I click on the speakers who contributed to the file, one says "upload successful" and the other it says "upload failed".

I just want to get the sound I recorded back, is there any hope or is this app extremely unreliable?
