Adobe voice enhancer not working (29/06/23)

The adobe voice enhancer has stopped working all of a sudden. Whenever I put an audio in, it just never loads. I put in a 15 second audio file and left it for about 3 hours and it's just keep loading with no outcome. It is not my internet and this has been going on for a couple of days now.
