Bug or feature? Can't mark range as a CD track if playback is running
Not sure if this is a bug or a feature.
1. Play audio timeline
2. While audio is playing click in the waveform and drag to select a range.
3. Shift + M to create a CD marker
4. Stop and inspect marker panel
Result: A CD marker with zero duration is dropped at the point where the playback head was when Shift+M was hit. Marker is not split, so you cannot drag it apart to specify a range.
Desired: Same result as doing Shift+M with playback stopped: the marker is created with correct start/end times for the selected range. OR make CD markers split so it can be edited on the fly after stopping.
Workaround. Always stop before Shift+M.
