Enchance Speech Down

Seems others are having similar issues but does there seem to be any rhyme or reason as to why Enchance Speech works some days and just spins and spins on others. I really enjoy using the feature but the unreliability is annoying. Uploading a short .wav file and it takes over 10 minutes to "enhance" but never turns out a final product. If I try to refresh and reupload, it prompts me to wait for the first file to finish enhancing. Have tried with different accounts and browsers. No luck.
