Multitrack Save and Mixdown Save go to different destinations

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Load files into a new multitrack session

2. Save the session into the folder with the multitrack files

3. Export Mixdown 
Result: Mixdown saves by default to last used Mixdown folder, and if I don't catch it, I lose the file until I remember where that last-used folder was.
Expected: Save mixdown alongside project file in same folder by default.
