Odd behavior when creating CD markers

Build 23.4.04 Beta

When placing a CD marker timeline jumps somewhere else.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Have audio file on display with numerous selections (a transfer of an LP record with 10 songs) about 30 minutes total time.

2. Zoom in so  I can see the beginning and end of a selection

3. Click and drag to select the song I want to select

4. Touch Shift+M to create CD marker

Results:
CD marker is created, but view shifts down the timeline by about 10 minutes. Have to reorient view each time a marker is created.
