Stretch and Pitch not working unlocked in 26.0.0.29

When doing a ramped time stretch, this worked before but not in this build.

I have a tape that was recorded on a cheap recorder with no capstain, and so speed starts normal but then audibly slows down. At the end of the tape it requires a 67% time & pitch stretch.

I can go into Stretch and Pitch, unlock Stretch & Pitch (resamaple), set initial to 100% and finish to 67%.  It shrinks the duration properly, but does NOT correct pitch.

If I choose "Initial Pitch Shift" it works in units of "semitones," but there's no way to know what a 67% change of semitones is.

This did work in a previous build a year or so ago.  What's going on now?
