"The audio file is in a format we can't understand." Bug

"The audio file is in a format we can't understand." I am getting this message from the past 2 hours. I am trying just to enchance a simple audio of 10 sec. At first i tried using a mp3 file and then coverted it into wav. But nothing is working at all. Also tried different browsers and even tried it on my android device but nothing is working at all.
