P: End points in curves scale badly with "amount" preset slider

First and last points in a curve setting don't scale properly when Preset Amount slider is used:

I've been able to reproduce this issue. Note: this is being moved from LrC to Camera Raw as it is an underlying problem with the CR engine - not the LrC application.
