P: Enhance changes causes Enhance settings to be disabled when merging to Panorama/HDR

This is a pretty simple bug that was introduced when "Raw Details" was changed into a button instead of creating a new DNG, it removed the ability to apply raw details to several raw files then merge them to a Panorama. You used to be able to do this with separate DNGs, but now this ability has been removed, please put it back!!!

I have tried this many different ways, applying Raw Details to the raw files, when merged to Panorama it's undone and turned off permanently (visible when comparing the raw and merged Pano side by side). I tried applying raw details, then converting to DNG, then merging to panorama, same effect. The wonderful algorithm of Raw Details is completely wiped out when the image is merged to a Panorama, it used to work when it made a separate DNG, PLEASE FIX this newly introduced bug.

Have not tried but likely the same with HDR merging!

Just confirming tested again on ACR 18.0.0.2389, same behavior, still not able to pano merge images with raw details enabled, becomes permanent disabled after the merge. It used to work when it created separate DNG files, no longer works, updates should not lead to decreased functionality 😕😕

Interesting, as a decades long Lightroom user, I have never had the need nor knew it was even possible to use just Camera Raw to merge to Panorama or HDR! Confirmed same behavior as Lightroom Classic.

Merge to Panorama is part of Camera Raw, Lightroom Classic, and Lightroom Desktop.  The issue will occur in all three apps.

Here is the dialog in Camera Raw:

I don't understand, the bug only occurs when Merge to Panorama is used, which is exclusively part of Lightroom Classic, not camera raw?!

If you cannot replicate a Lightroom bug in only in Camera Raw, it does NOT belong  in that discussion, it belongs in the Lightroom section, please correct this and address the actual issue instead of mis-classifying it to a non-relevant section. Thanks.

I'm moving this from LrC to Camera Raw as the bug lies with the underlying Camera Raw engine, not the Lightroom Classic application.

Thank you for your report.
