P: Post Crop Vignetting Highlights slider not functioning

The LR 7.10 and ACR 10.1 Effects panel Post Crop Vignetting Highlights Slider has no effect on the image. It appears to be disabled in the latest update version. I tried resetting LR Preferences file and the issue remains. It has been reported here:

    Rikk - We're not seeing this internally with the latest shipping versions of Lr Classic or ACR. The PCV Highlights slider is working as expected. A video of the issue may be helpful for troubleshooting.

    I am seeing it too, Todd.  Looks like it's still working in CC2015.14 but not Classic 7.1.  I will get a bug logged unless you already have?
