P: Remove Tool Pins Disappear/Reappear in some instances

When using the Remove tool, the borders and pins don't always appear. I have to hover over the "show overlay on hover" text on the right to make them show up, and then sometimes they disppear. This is a new issue with 17.4. This was not an issue with prevous verisons of ACR. See video attached.

    I can reproduce this on one 2022 M1 Mac, but I cannot reproduce it on another 2022 M1 Mac. I've logged a ticket for the Camera Raw team to review. Thank you for the report.
