Motion library recordings not showing in dynamic link

Dear Team,
when we record a scene using motion library and import that scene as a dynamic link to after effects or premier pro the character stands still in the part where motion library actions are used.
please see the issue

    I tried to repeat your problem, but so far could not repeat it.

    What are the version/build numbers of Character Animator, Affter Effects, and Premiere Pro that you see this problem with?

    Are they all "beta" apps?
