Hi!
We have some users resporting that they cannot use Anastasiy's Extension Manager to install our Extension.

If they download our extension through this page  a very old version of the Extension (version 1.2.1) eventhough the latest one is 1.13.1.

Can you please advise what to do?

Use the same email address they include, with all communications around posting extensions on the store.

Ah, ok yes sorry I was unclear in my first message. How do I get in touch with the Exchange team?

Also, do you have any more information about this point?

That makes more sense now; the Title of the thread is unrelated to the actual problem. 🙂

Hopefully, the Exchange team can help update the version offered, in that case.

We do distribute the extension via Adobe Exchange, but some of our users are enterprise customer of Creative Cloud Apps and their administrator will not let them load Creative Cloud Desktop on their PC.

For that use case, you have a page on our listing that explicitly tells people to download a zxp (see screenshot). The problem is, that when they click the blue button, it's a very old version of our extension that is being downloaded.

The problem is not within the 3rd party extension manager, but with the listing page on Adobe Exchange: https://exchange.adobe.com/apps/cc/installation-instructions/203405/Epidemic%20Sound

If the problem is with Anastasiy's Extension Manager...have you contacted Anastasiy?

If your extension is available via the Adobe Exchange, 3rd party extension managers are unnecssary.
