Hello! I’m having a technical issue with Adobe Firefly.

I’m unable to generate images. Every time I try to generate an image, I receive an error message and the generation doesn’t complete.

I have already tried refreshing the page and generating again, but the issue persists.

Could you please check whether there is a problem with my account or with the Firefly service?

I can provide a screenshot of the error and additional information if needed.
