29.4 (Win64) Crashes on any keyboard input

Did the update to the latest illustrator beta tonight, version 29.4 

Edition Windows 11 Pro, Version 23H2, OS build 22631.4830. 
AMD 5950X, 64.0 GB RAM & RTX 3090 for GPU.  5 SSD's, 3 are NVMe.

Launches fine, but any key command crashes.  Tried uninstalling, reinstalling and reverting shortcuts to defaults, still crashes.  No crash reporting window so I am posting here.
