always in saving process

The save file issue: didn't save the file, but the operation is fine as before once adding the new content in the same file, there is no problem. I tried to find out another solution, open the  new files and place the those content to new file, located in different saving the location, however, still in saving process.............. How I can do it? or bugs?

Just to make sure I understand correctly, it sounds like your file is getting stuck during the save process, and even copying the content into a new file and saving to a different location doesn't help. Is that right?

To help us figure out whether this is a bug or a settings issue, could you clarify a few things:

  1. Where are you saving to — Creative Cloud, a local folder, or a network drive?
  2. What happens exactly when it gets stuck — does it freeze at a certain percentage, hang indefinitely, or show an error message?
  3. What file format are you saving as — .ai, .pdf, .eps?
  4. Is this a particularly large or complex file?
  5. What Illustrator Beta version and OS are you on?
