There is a blue flashing glitch in the latest Illustrator Beta version.

1. Beta build number

2. System details

3. Problem area - When is the blue flashing area seen? Is that for a particular file or scenario or everytime? It would be great if you could record a video and share and if it is happening with a particular file, then kindly share the file as well.
