contante refreshing linked picture on ilustrator

today at 7 of april 2025, I have an issue where my ilustrator constantly reboots and refresh all linked pictures of file and designs.

doesn't matter if they are pngs or jpegs, they end up bugging, and rebooting the links over and ver again, making my screen get spammed with the same notification about pictures linked to file have been modified and updated, over and over again without any chance to stop it no matter if I click yes or no to the notification.
