Extensions>Libraries wont open and I can't access the library tab in any way.

I am trying to locate the libraries tab to access my brand colors to facilitate a faster work process. The only way I know how to access the library tab is Window > Extensions > Libraries. Pressing on the libraries button to get the tab to open does not do anything and I cant access my library.

Also searching ‘libraries’ through the search action does nothing to pop it open.

I can’t see my libraries in the new version. When i click extensions > libraries nothing happens either.
