File loading with wrong Fonts

I'm trying to edit the .AI file I made with the latest Beta version of Illustrator. I'm re-opening it with the same software and it's loading wrong fonts. For example I use 2 types of fonts mainly in this work, A and B (there are other fonts in the artboard too, but mainly 2). 

But when I load it, B fonts loaded as A, and vice versa. 

If i try to open this file on Photoshop it is showing correctly so it is clearly the Beta Program's fault.
