ILLUSTRATOR (Beta): Use Artboard feature not working while exporting

When exporting (export as), I check Use Artboard and it does not export just the artboard (PNG). This has not been an issue before but is extremely frusturating for my workflow. 

I check Use Artboard and instead of exporting just that single artboard, it is including things outside of the artboard. Two attachments show 1 exported correctly and the other exported with more than the artboard.

Current app version: Illustrator (Beta) 29.4
