I’ve been experiencing continuous crashes with Adobe Illustrator (version 30.2.1, Adobe CC Desktop). At first, I thought it might be due to Outlook Express or other softwares, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I also checked the system compatibility report in Illustrator, but it shows no issues.
This problem has been occurring for the past two months, and it has become extremely frustrating. I’ve been an Adobe subscriber for the last 10 years, and now Illustrator crashes every 2–3 hours. When it crashes, it freezes my entire system, and the only solution is to restart the computer.
Adobe, please provide a solution. This issue needs to be fixed.
