Missing 'Other Versions' option for Illustrator Beta v30.2 (Stuck with Text Cursor bug)

Issue: I cannot see the option to install previous versions of Illustrator Beta in the Creative Cloud desktop app. This feature works fine for Photoshop Beta, but is missing for Illustrator.

Why this is critical: I am currently experiencing the known "Text selection offset" bug (cursor jumps away from click location) in v30.2. Because of the missing rollback option, I am stuck on this version and cannot downgrade to a usable state.
